Project Team

The ATP project team manages the day-to-day operations of the study and works closely with participants throughout periods of data collection. If you’re a participant, you may receive a call or email from one of our friendly staff members listed below!

Dr Lisa Mundy

Senior Program Lead, Deakin University

Lisa is a Senior Research Fellow and has a background in developmental psychology lifecourse epidemiology. She has extensive experience running longitudinal cohort studies.  Lisa’s primary research focus is on child and adolescent wellbeing and mental health, and she has a particular interest in the health and education interface.

 

Elissa Phillips 

Project Manager, Deakin University

Elissa has a strong background in managing some of Australia’s most important longitudinal studies of child and family health.

 

 

 

 

 

Liam Graeme

Data Manager, Deakin University

Liam is a PhD candidate, Research Assistant and Undergraduate Psychology Tutor in the School of Psychology. Liam’s research focuses on the mental health and development of young people and athletes, and on the application of innovative data-analytic research methods to developmental research. 

 

 

Steph Aarsman

Data Analyst, Deakin University

Steph is a Biostatistician within the SEED Lifespan centre. She has expertise in the application of statistical methods to longitudinal and observational data, with a particular interest in causal inference methods.

Paige Farrow

Research Assistant, Deakin University

Paige has completed an Honours degree in Psychology and has been working in population research for the last four years

 

Gessica Misuraca

Research Assistant, Deakin University

Gessica has completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and is a Research Assistant and sessional academic at Deakin University. She has experience engaging and maintaining contact with participants across several longitudinal studies

 

Fiona Olsson

Research Assistant, Deakin University

Fiona has a Bachelor of Arts (Outdoor Education) and a Diploma in Journalism. She has extensive experience working on community development projects.

 

 

 

Meg Kaegi

Research Assistant, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI)

With a background in science, Meg is an experienced senior Research Assistant and study coordinator of cohort studies run at MCRI. Meg’s work has contributed to successful grant applications and significant funding approval.

 

Jenn Copley

Research Assistant, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI)

Jenn is a registered Oral Health Therapist and joined MCRI as a Research Assistant in 2020 contributing to various cohort studies including the development of study procedures and data collection methods. She also lectures in dental sciences at the University of Melbourne.

Professor Craig Olsson

Director, Deakin University

Craig is a Developmental Psychologist with expertise in lifecourse epidemiology and human genetics.  He began as Scientific Director of the ATP in 2009.

 

 

Dr Primrose Letcher

Deputy Director, Deakin University

Primrose is a Senior Research Fellow and Clinical Psychologist with a long affiliation with the ATP commencing in 1998. Both her research and clinical work is dedicated to her interest in mental health and wellbeing across the lifespan.

 

Professor David Burgner

ATP Investigator, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI)

David Burgner is a practising paediatric infectious diseases physician. He leads the Inflammatory Origins Group and co-leads the LifeCourse longitudinal observational cohorts initiative at MCRI.
